Receives members in person and by telephone. Serves as a primary source to handle member inquires, requests or process of new transactions. Conduct loan interviews with the ability to profile member needs and use good judgment on recommendation of credit union products and services. Must be available to work 6 hours per day/5 days per week, including every Saturday. REQUIRED: • Must have a broad knowledge of financial products and services
• Loan officer background and understanding of DMV regulations and documentation a plus.
• Basic knowledge of financial products and services required.
• Familiarity with lending documentation preferred.
• Must be organized with an ability to prioritize tasks and complete assignments in a fast-paced, independent manner.
• A high degree of accuracy is required.
• Flexibility to rotate and fill in at other departments when needed.
• Must have strong oral and written communication skills.
• Must be available to work every Saturday
