With an SMCU Student Visa

The process is as easy  as 1…2…3…

1. Pass all three required SMCU Online Educational Tutorials with a score of 80% or 8 out 10 correct. :
• Money Management
• Credit Matters
• The World of Credit Reports
• Available in Spanish
2. Have a parent or legal guardian sign the Parent Consent Form. Return the completed form to any SMCU branch or mail to:

   P.O. Box 910
   Redwood City, CA 94064
   ATTN: Lending Support
   
   If parent or legal guardian is not a member than proof of identification is required: driver’s license, passport, California ID.
3. Once you have completed steps 1 and 2, a Student Visa Card will be ordered. A welcome letter will be sent informing you the card has been ordered and is on its way. Your new student Visa will arrive in about 10 business days.
